TO CREATE A LIST OF MERCHANDISE

These steps will show you how to search the database to create a list of items of your interest.

STEP 1. Place a mark next to the checkbox of the search criteria you desire.

STEP 2. Complete the information requested.

STEP 3. Press teh "Search for Items" button.

Note:
If you select the "Only find item that matches this ID number" option, only one item will be displayed in the list. 		TO VIEW ALL THE MERCHANDISE

The following steps allow you to create a list of all the items in the database.

STEP 1. Press the "Search for Items" button without placing a mark in any checkboxes.

Note:
Keep in mind that if you make this selection, itmay take a while for the list to appear.
